Kids ripping. Oh and one or two old guys too.

It's like Disco....

Turn on some Techno, Shut Your Eyes and Dream.

Stolen from Ash, Thrasher Photo and Design's newest "intern".

Meant to be viewed with closed eyes for a long period of time. For the best effect, maximize your browser window and the brightness of your monitor, and dim the lights.

Backyard spine ramp in Lincoln Nebraska. Probably a Pentax K1000 I borrowed from my high school.
Wish I could remember who this was.

A 43 MPG Ford in 1962?

"The latest Anglia is a powerful performer. Its operating economy is outstanding and 43 m.p.g. touring fuel consumption can be expected under normal conditions."

Seems like somewhere along the way technology started going backwards?

Happy to me!

I started taking "Birthday Self-Portraits" in 2003 at the age of 31. This photo was taken inside our "first home", a hut built for us in the Bolivian rain forest. I had just been woken up by Tsimane women and children gathering outside our hut at some ungodly hour and wasn't in the best of moods.

I love this work....

My Morning Jacket's new video is thoughtful entertainment at it's best!

Thug Life....

Ken's Print Club.

I use to want to be a photojournalist. But I'm not one, and probably never will do such work. I'm way to opinionated and emotionally attached to my photography.

But Kenneth Jarecke is a true photojournalist. (One of the best I have seen in quite sometime.) It's not often that a photographers work stuns me these days. But Kenneth's has.

Please make sure you check out his "Print Club" and invest in some photography.
